15. Bob East - East Harding, Inc.

Bob East is the co-founder and former owner of East Harding, Inc. and former CEO and owner of Advanced Cabling Systems. He founded East Harding, Inc. in 1974 and quickly grew it to primarily encompass commercial projects, including the convention center and baseball park in Little Rock, Ark. In 1998, Bob purchased Advanced Cabling Systems, a technology integration company specializing in structured cabling, fire alarm systems, intercom, and protection systems.

Bob has been a community staple in Little Rock, serving as President of the Little Rock Downtown Partnership and working with the Little Rock Airport Commission, Arkansas Nature Conservancy, Arkansas Cancer Research Center, and Bank OZK.

In this episode, Bob discusses how he overcame barriers in business and built multiple successful companies based on trust and culture.
