Jody Maberry has many roles including marketing consultant, copywriter, customer experience strategist, and podcast host and producer. He is the owner of Maberica, Inc. Jody found another passion, helping businesses deliver their message to their customers, after pivoting from former roles such as being a financial analyst and a park ranger.

Jody works with a variety of corporations, including Disney, and hosts “Creating Disney Magic” with Lee Cockerell, former VP of Walt Disney World.

In this episode, Jody discusses how vital customer experience is in business, how to be extremely thorough in creating a consistent, clear message for your customers, and the importance of creating a healthy environment for both internal and external feedback.
