Chris Young is the Director of Tennis and the Head Coach of Women's Tennis at Oklahoma State University. He has been at the helm of the OSU tennis program for more than 12 years compiling a record of 204 wins against only 97 losses. Young has been credited with turning OSU tennis into an international program.

Listen in as Chris deep dives into his leadership philosophy, covering his love of taking on challenges, his passion for bringing talented individuals together, and orchestrating wins that set a new precedent for everybody involved.

In addition, he shares his belief that tennis is both an individual and a team sport and emphasizes that coaches need to focus on cultivating a mentality of focus, and a culture of collaboration in their athletes.
