Dixie started SwitchGear in 2010 with a unique focus on individuals and relationships. In the years since its founding, SwitchGear has become a powerhouse staffing agency that has helped put countless people into positions where their skills and strengths are maximized. For her leadership, Dixie has been named a Journal Record Most Admired CEOs honoree and the Tulsa Regional Chamber’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
